Our methodology is a variant of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), the industry
standard methodology for projects worldwide and the Rational Unified Process (RUP) an
emerging development methodology. We chose these methodologies because we
believe in the KISS concept - Keep It Simple Stupid. While many firms will
profess the value of their proprietary methodologies, we believe that nothing spells
value and success like the official methodology that has international appeal and
approval. For each specific engagement, we work with our clients and adjust or
utilise the components of the methodology that makes the most sense for that particular project.
The methodology really forms the backbone of
our relationship with our clients. It incorporates industry best practices and
our real life experiences. It is a web-based internal tool that ensures that our
clients experience a consistent, mature approach to meeting their
needs that, at the same time accommodates and reflects changes in
external factors related to the client’s industry.
Our methodology follows a reiterative process that
organizes the entire realization of an business vision into a
series of manageable phases. Each project phase is organized into
a set of synchronized, parallel workflows in an online environment
that electronically addresses all of the requirements of a
project, and includes all of the resources needed for each phase
and workflow. The final component includes an online
customer satisfaction measurement tool used to track project
success. It is a web-based research, feedback, and business
intelligence environment intended to allow the appropriate
individuals and teams to define, administer, and generate analysis
on surveys at the organization, team, and individual levels.
